Anyone rent out their home with AirBNB?

I have an extra room and this sounds like an interesting way to make some etra cash. Anyone have experience with working with AirBNB?

I've always thought about it.. But when you read some of the horror stories that have gone around I'm always reluctant even though those cases would typically be a 1 out 1000 story lol.

I've stayed in AirBnB's, and always fine the homes very clean and well provisioned. Nothing about them implied that prior customers had destroyed their space!
