My plan to pay off CC debt - thoughts?

Here's my CC debt:

$2000, 13% APR

$500, interest free until 5/09

$1600, interest free until 11/09

I can reliably make payments of $200/month, so I was thinking of consolidating all of the above (total $4100) into an interest-free balance transfer (hoping to find one with no transaction fee) and paying it off in increments of $200, which should let me pay all this off by Nov. 2010 (possibly sooner if I can make higher payments).

Does anyone know of a credit card that offers an interest-free balance transfer with no transaction fee? I want to keep rolling this debt through offers like this until I can pay it off completely.

You probably won't find one right now with an absent transfer fee. However, read the fine print. Much of the time the fee is capped so you'll pay no more than a couple hundred dollars (or far less, depending on the card).
