Time and Date Stamps are Still Wrong

Can someone please, please, pretty please, fix the time and date stamps on the blogs so they are accurate to the poster's location? This has been an issue for 2 years now, at least. I've asked a few times over the last couple of years and it never gets done. It is quite an annoyance. It used to be accurate with the time zones, so I know it can be done. I'd really appreciate it and so would the other bloggers. Thank you! And Happy New Year.

No, it is not fixed on my end, and yes, my time zone is properly selected following that link. It says on my blog testing post that it is 5:38 a.m. when it is 9:28 p.m. and that it is the 6th instead of the 5th.

ETA: And the time stamp works in the forums, just not the blogs.
