Blog Changes

Maybe this is a dumb question, but why is it if you click on a person's blog entry, it takes you to the blog page for everyone and you have to search for that specific blog?

Copied this from what I posted on the new forum update before I saw this thread:

I'm not sure why, but when I've posted to my blog, the other post that I had on "lastest entries" disappears and the only the new one stays listed, even though they were posted just minutes apart and no one else's blog entries from the list have been taken off "latest entries".

Is each person only allowed to have one blog entry listed on "latest entries"? So then, is it only each person's latest entry, not latest entry made on the entire blog site of entries?

Did that make sense?

OH, and I'm still not sure how to show the link on each forum post to my latest blog entry. Is there a trick? (ah, it's showing now on one of my posts, but not this one...but no idea what made it come up there but not here)

Yep, just coming over to say "Why can't I click to see a person's last entry on the forum register and have it take me over to the exact entry in the blog area?", but, I see ya'll've beat me to it! That is one feature I really like AND I miss having a link to the blog area up in the blue bar up top that currently says:

Control PanelMembers ListNew PostsSearchQuick LinksLog Out

Didn't the old have a 'Journal' link on that bar?????

You can now click the last entry.

You can now find a link at the very top (throughout the whole site).

Yes, we decided to change that a while back so that we could show more unique entries. It didn't seem fair to others, when someone would post 5 entries in a row and knock 5 others off the main page.
