Sounds like a call for bargain shoppers to me.

Yep, I'm considering to increase my investments a little bit as well. At the beginning of 2008 I read somewhere that the second part of 2008 will be quite rocky (thanks to election in addition to everything else like oil trading, credit crunch, $'s slump, housing, etc.), so now I come to remember that maybe we're starting a roller coaster-ride and it's time to board .

Yeah, but I am not really investor, since I own silver and it was up about 1.8% today.

At least that's what I am told here

I guess its time to buy more shares in some promising mutual funds even during these dark ages..."One men's meat is another men's poison.."

No, I don't invest in individual stocks. Just was intrigued by the headline.

Down turns in the market are always an opportunity to buy. That is the beauty of dollar cost averaging.

My ultrashort ETFs are even more beautiful. They are not long term holding.

Just remember, this market will break sooner or later. It's takes a lot of courage to own individual stocks in this environment. But I'm hangin on....

I don't recall who said it, but there is a famous saying that the best time to make money in the market is when there is blood in the streets.
