To use Target Circle offers, sign up for the program online, via the app, or in-store. Once a member, browse and save offers before shopping. In-store, apply saved offers by entering your phone number or scanning your barcode at checkout. Online, sign in to your account, and saved offers are automatically applied to eligible items in your cart. Target Circle rewards include 1% cash back on purchases, exclusive discounts, a birthday gift, and participation in community donation voting. I love using the program for discounts on groceries.
