How much is enough?
I plant as much land that is cleared. This year I even added raised beds for those areas we have no real soil. I have fruit trees, goats, and other small animals. I don't have enough cleared land to feed ourselves for a year. How much land do I need to clear, because clearing by hand is quite the chore.
