Mowing my lawn

I used to pay mowing services but starting this year, I'm going to split it between myself and the mow company. I'll take care of mowing from up until July.

Why not just mow it the entire season? Why are you stopping in July?

Good idea to mow yourself! In our part of the country by July, it is hot and the only way to keep a lawn growing is to water it. Last year, we let it go a bit dormant. No mowing needed!
