For home, I tend to buy bulk unless sales make bags cheaper, only buy whole bean and keep the coffee in the freezer until ready to use. At work, we have a Keurig and its basically instant coffee but I tolerate it rather than skip coffee. I have quite a few different brands I will buy but I don't buy flavored coffees or pre-ground.

I also drink a ton of tea.

I drink about 2 cups of coffee per day (on average) and probably 4 cups of herbal tea per day at work.

The local cafeteria makes me a 20oz iced coffee with nonfat milk for $1.05. That's pretty hard to beat when I get the hankering for something big to sip on during the day at work.

I also usually brew a K-cup every morning at home to take with me on the eway to work. Starbucks brand, Verona blend.

Y'all are free to make fun of me as DH does. I drink instant coffee- store brand. 2 small cups a day.

DH OTOH, hand grinds whole beans daily with a manual grinder and brews in a french press. Nothing too fancy on beans, just whatever Colombian coffee he can get a good deal on- usually in a 2lb bag.

We both drink our coffee black, so no additions to up the price anymore than it already is.

I drink mine black too - it cracks me up that people buy expensive coffee and then add so much sugar and milk that it doesn't even taste like coffee.

At home, I just use instant coffee and coffee-mate. I don't drink black coffee because it makes my stomach grumble, I don't know why. When I'm at the mall, me and my friends drink at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf coffee shop.

I don't but DH drinks senseo single serve. He's the only one and not every day. I have no idea what it costs the machine was free years ago and he buys the pods. We have the refillable pod but he's meh about it and prefers the senseo pods. When it doesn't I'll buy him the nespresso. I think it's more economical since I don't drink and he only drinks it if he has time in the morning or weekends. Otherwise he gets keurig free at work.

We have a cheapo machine that's 15 year old and drips I bought black friday sale for $7. I serve that when my mom or MIL come over. After all those two drinks about 3-6 cups a day. And DH typically off drinks with them.

always at home and keurig or old fashioned. No reason to buy from sbucks unless I had poor planning.

I just bought a Keurig for home and absolutely love it. However, I don't buy the k-cups. I use the reusable "My K Cup" filter and put Folgers or Maxwell House in it. To be quite honest, I can tell a difference between brewing the cheap stuff in the Keurig as opposed to my $15 dollar Wal-Mart coffee maker. The fact that I can brew one cup at a time makes it even better, because it's always freshly brewed. I usually only drink coffee at home on the weekends though.

During the week, I use a Keurig at work and the K-Cups are free.

I dont have a coffee pot, and don't drink coffee regularly enough to warrant a coffee maker, but I usually have a small canister of instant espresso on hand (nescafe, pilon, or bustelo).

I buy beans from a local gourmet market and grind them myself before making coffee.

14.99lb now. I drink one gigantic cup every morning, and an occasional small one in the afternoon.

I also have illy espresso machine at home, and occasionally use it on weekends.
