After you make an internet purchase and are sent a survey regarding either the product, the fulfillment, or both, do you complete and return the survey?
I usually do not.

I do feedback on ebay, half.com, and Amazon purchases but that's about it.

sometimes, if I really loved something or if I really hated it and I feel like it's a buyer beware situation. I try to answer people's questions about an amazon item that show up in my email if I know the answer just as a courtesy. Some places give you money off your next purchase and if I'm planning to buy something from them, then I do that survey, although I don't think that is really ethical of them and I do check that they post neg as well as positive comments.
I'll usually fill one out if I really like a service or product.
If something went wrong, I'll usually try to address it with the seller/vendor first. If it goes unresolved or the product is simply not even close to "as advertised" I'll set fire in a review.
I need to use the Amazon stuff more...I really like the customer Q&A in the comments.
Yesterday I took one of those surveys that are an entry into a monthly (or weekly?) store credit lottery. It was for Big Lots.
I used to buy canning jars at Big Lots, but the two stores nearest me stopped carrying canning supplies years ago. Both the inner city store and the middle suburb store. But a distant suburb store sells them.
I wanted to respond to their open-ended question to say that I'd like them to carry canning supplies at the stores near me. Probably won't do much good.
